The Terms & Conditions for the E-ZPass program have been updated as of December 2014.

Due to an international phishing scheme many E-ZPass customers and non-customers have received emails claiming to be from E-ZPass regarding a "missed" or "unpaid" toll. If you have any questions about the validity of any message received from E-ZPass, please contact the E-ZPass Customer Service Center.

The CyberCrimes Division of the FBI is aware of the issue. Anyone receiving this scam email and/or may have fallen victim to this is encouraged to file a complaint with the Internet Crime Complaint Center.
