Forgotten Account Number or PIN
Your account number is located on the Customer Account Information Report which you received when you opened your account. It can also be found on monthly statements or other correspondence you may have received from the E-ZPass MA Customer Service Center. If you need assistance to obtain your account number, please call Customer Service (choose option 0).
To Retrieve Your PIN:
To have your PIN sent to your e-mail address on file, please fill in the following fields. Customers who do not have an e-mail address on file must request a new PIN using the Account Information Changes form.
